Information used by the product
Onchain Markets by blocmates processes sign-in identifiers and linked account information supplied through Privy. Access checks may use a connected X account. We store account and admission status, referral attribution, contributions, watchlists and requests you submit. A public admission-ticket link exposes its ticket number, issue date and status; it does not sign a visitor into your account.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, manage early access, provide requested features, prevent abuse and respond to support requests. Optional product analytics records interactions and visited product paths only when you accept analytics. Withholding analytics does not affect your admission status.
Service providers and external sites
Privy supplies authentication, Supabase stores application data, and Vercel hosts the service and provides optional web analytics. These services may process information outside your country. Following an external venue or social link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. We do not send your authentication token in referral links.
Storage and choices
Authentication, local preferences and requested features use cookies or browser storage. See cookie settings to manage optional analytics. Browser storage remains until you clear it or the application replaces it; the access cookie expires after 90 days. Server records are not erased by clearing your browser.
Questions and account requests
To request access, correction or deletion of account information, contact the blocmates team. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. Retention and applicable rights depend on the record and legal requirements; contact us for account-specific details. Do not send passwords, private keys or authentication tokens.
